Q: Can I bring my pet with me? 

A: Pets must be placed in a secured pet container with a lid and not restrict the bus space for other passengers, with the exception of service animals. 

Q: Do I have to wear a seatbelt? 

A: Yes, CTS paratransit requires all passengers to wear a seat belt. 

Q: Can i be transported in a "Geri-Chair"

A: No. "Geri-Chairs" are not an acceptable mobility device for transportation. 

Q: I have lost/found an item on a CTS paratransit bus. What should I do? 

A: Passengers who find an article on the bus are asked to give it to the driver or bring it to the Clallam Transit Paratransit Office at 830 W Lauridsen Blvd./ in Port Angeles. Those who lose an article on the bus are asked to report it to the driver or to call the office.

Q: I need to cancel my appointment. How do I do that? 

A: Trip cancellations must be made at least three (3) hours before the scheduled pickup time if the pickup is located in the West end of the county, or one (1) hour before if the pickup is located in the Sequim and Port Angeles city areas. After hours, leave a message on the recording. Failure to cancel will result in a "no-show". A suspension of service may result for clients who accumulate a substantial number of no-shows.
