Clallam Transit System (CTS) is seeking proposals for the provision of replacing the existing user interface at the top layer with a new open Enterprise Network Controller (ENC) and software at its main location consisting of two (2) buildings located at 830 West Lauridsen Blvd. and 4100 Tumwater Truck Route, Port Angeles, WA 98363. CTS to Implement Regional Reduced Fare Permit (RRFP) for Discounted Fares
The Clallam Transit System entered into an agreement with the Puget Sound Regional Council this year to accept and issue Regional Reduced Fare Permits (RRFPs) to disabled and elderly Clallam County residents. This means Clallam County seniors or persons with disabilities can ride for less when they use public transportation services to travel around Puget Sound. The permit is an ID card that entitles eligible persons to pay discounted fares on 13 transportation systems throughout the Puget Sound region, including the Washington State ferry system. Beginning July 15, 2013 Clallam Transit will be issuing the RRFP ID cards at its headquarters facility at 830 West Lauridsen Boulevard in Port Angeles. CLICK Here for more info

Transit "Summer Youth Pass" Program Offers Olympic Peninsula Travel !
The Clallam Transit System announces its "Olympic Peninsula Summer Youth Pass" program available again for public transit travel during the summer months. All youth, ages 6 through 19, can travel throughout the county on regular fixed-route and dial-a-ride Clallam Transit buses for only $20. The pass is good for travel the entire summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day. CLICK Here for more info.
