Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program
Clallam Transit System (CTS) has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26. CTS has received Federal financial assistance from the Department of Transportation and as a condition of receiving this assistance, CTS has signed an assurance that it will comply with 49 CFR Part 26. It is the policy of CTS to ensure that DBEs, as defined in part 26, have an equal opportunity to receive and participate in DOT-assisted contracts.

TITLE VI NOTICE
It is the policy of Clallam Transit System to assure that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color or national origin, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise be discriminated against under any of its programs and activities. Clallam Transit grants all persons equal access to its transportation services and facilities.
Any person who believes their Title VI protections have been violated may file a complaint with the Clallam Transit Operations Manager, designated as the Title VI Officer, within 180 days of the alleged act of discrimination.
