About Interlink

Interlink is an on-demand transportation service that allows customers to book a shared trip. Powered by the Ride Pingo app, you can book your journey and track the progress of your vehicle as it makes its way to your selected pick-up point within the service area. Follow these steps to start riding!

  1. Search "Ride Pingo" in your devices app store, or click here to download the app.
  2. Open the app and "allow" Pingo to send notifications.
  3. Tap "Get Started" and fill out your details. You do not need to add a payment option. Interlink is zero fare!
  4. Verify and Go! Your phone will be sent a code via text message to enter into the Pingo app.

Route Information

  • New! Uninterrupted Saturday service from 7:45am to 4:45pm. 
  • Interlink is zero-fare. Learn more on our fares page.
  • You can request a ride up to two hours in advance or an on-demand. Pickup times can take up to 20 minutes.  The app will show estimated time of arrival and if you're traveling with others you can request up to three other passengers. After you have requested a ride the app will display the real-time location of your vehicle and estimated time of arrival.
  • If you do not have access to a smart device to operate the app, you can call Clallam Transit System to book rides at 360-452-4511 option 6.
  • Interlink does not operate on Sundays or certain holidays.
  • Vehicles are accessible to persons with disabilities with ability to transport passengers with wheelchairs. Ride availability is based on capacity.
  • Carts or strollers must be collapsed prior to boarding and should remain stowed throughout the journey. Space is available on a first come, first served basis. Bike racks and lockers are available throughout the system.
  • Washington's Child Passenger Restraint Law (RCW 46.61.867) requires: Children under the age 8, unless they are 4'9" tall (whichever comes first), must be restrained in an appropriate child restraint system (car seat or booster seat). Persons are required to provide their own appropriate car or booster seat for travel. Clallam Transit does not provide child restraints.
