Public Records Requests

Requesting a Public Record:

Please read Clallam Transit System’s (CTS) Public Records Requests Policy 30-001 to assist you in understanding the public records request process as well as your responsibilities throughout the process. You are encouraged to request access to CTS’s public records by completing a CTS Request for Public Records form and submitting it to the Public Records Officer by one of the following methods:

Response to a Public Records Request:
Your request for public records will be acknowledged in writing within 5 business days. Depending upon the nature and extent of the request, the written acknowledgement will explain the status of your request and what, if any, action is needed on your part to proceed with the request. Once your request is finalized and available for your review and/or receipt, you will be advised of any applicable copy fees associated with your records request.
