TITLE VI NOTICE

It is the policy of Clallam Transit System to assure that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color or national origin, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise be discriminated against under any of its programs and activities. Clallam Transit grants all persons equal access to its transportation services and facilities.


Any person who believes their Title VI protections have been violated may file a complaint with the Clallam Transit Operations Manager, designated as the Title VI Officer, within 180 days of the alleged act of discrimination.
