Download the "Ride Pingo" App
- Getting Started: Search "Ride Pingo" in your device's app store, or click here to download the app.
- Opening the App: Open the app and "allow" Pingo to send notifications. Tap "Get Started" and fill out your details. The app is completely free to download and you will not be charged any money.
- Verify & Go! Your phone will be sent a code via text message to enter into the Pingo app.
Please note: You do not need to add a debit/credit card number to the payment options. Payments are received in-person or through the Token Transit app.
Using Ride Pingo
- Request a ride up to two (2) hours in advance using the "Ride Pingo" app by entering your destination (effective December 12, 2022 in Forks & Sequim).
- The app will show the fare and estimated time of arrival (ETA) for when the vehicle will arrive at your pickup location. If you're traveling with others, you can change the number requesting a ride up to three (3).
- Select the "Request Your Ride" button to book the trip.
Track Your Ride
After you've requested your ride, the app displays a map showing the real-time location of the vehicle and ETA. You can send a message to the driver if there's an issue. Select "Cancel" if you need to cancel the ride.
