  • How to Ride

    Download the Ride Pingo app to request a ride. You can request rides up to two (2) hours in advance or on-demand (pickup time can take up 20 minutes). See the Ride Pingo section for step-by-step instructions on downloading and using the app!


    If you do not have a smart device to download the app, you can call Clallam Transit at (360) 452-4511 option 6.  

  • Hours of Operation


    Interlink operates 6 days a week. For specific schedules, check the Forks or Sequim section.


    Interlink does not operate on Sundays or the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independance Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. 

  • Service Areas

    Interlink operates in Forks and Sequim. A three (3) square mile area can be served with 1 vehicle and provide pickups within 20 minutes during hours of operation. 


    Interlink provides point-to-point and timed connections with transit centers, and also can operate with predetermined pickup locations throughout a service area.   

  • Accessibility

    Vehicles are accessible to persons with disabilities with the ability to transport:

    • 3 passengers + 1 wheelchair passenger

    OR

    • 1 passenger + 2 wheelchair passengers

    Ride availability is based on capacity. 


    If you need more accommodations than the van will allow, you can call Clallam Transit at 360-452-4511 ext. 6 and let dispatch know and they will send a larger vehicle.

  • Carts & Bicycles

    Vehicles can transport up to two bicycles at a time. Carts or strollers must be collapsed prior to boarding and should remain stowed throughout the journey. Space is available on a first come, first served basis. Bike racks and lockers are available throughout the system. For more details, see CTS Bike Policy.

  • Car & Booster Seats

    Washington's Child Passenger Restraint Law (RCW 46.61.867) requires: Children under the age 8, unless they are 4'9" tall (whichever comes first), must be restrained in an appropriate child restraint system (car seat or booster seat). Persons are required to provide their own appropriate car or booster seat for travel. Clallam Transit does not provide child restraints.


    If you need more accommodations than the van will allow, you can call Clallam Transit at 360-452-4511 ext. 6 and let dispatch know and they will send a larger vehicle that does not require car seats.


Download the "Ride Pingo" App

  1. Getting Started: Search "Ride Pingo" in your device's app store, or click here to download the app.
  2. Opening the App: Open the app and "allow" Pingo to send notifications. Tap "Get Started" and fill out your details. The app is completely free to download and you will not be charged any money.
  3. Verify & Go! Your phone will be sent a code via text message to enter into the Pingo app.


Please note: You do not need to add a debit/credit card number to the payment options. Payments are received in-person or through the Token Transit app.

Using Ride Pingo

  1. Request a ride up to two (2) hours in advance using the "Ride Pingo" app by entering your destination (effective December 12, 2022 in Forks & Sequim).
  2. The app will show the fare and estimated time of arrival (ETA) for when the vehicle will arrive at your pickup location. If you're traveling with others, you can change the number requesting a ride up to three (3).
  3. Select the "Request Your Ride" button to book the trip.

Track Your Ride

After you've requested your ride, the app displays a map showing the real-time location of the vehicle and ETA. You can send a message to the driver if there's an issue. Select "Cancel" if you need to cancel the ride.
