Clallam Connect requires all passengers to wear seat belts.

Driver Assistance:List Item 2
Clallam Connect provides door-to-door service. Our drivers will assist passengers when necessary. For additional care and assistance, the passengers must have a personal care assistant ("PCA"). Drivers are not allowed beyond the threshold of clients' homes.

Carry-on Items and Carts:List Item 3
Carry-on items are limited to 4, 10-pound grocery bags per registered passenger. Drivers are more than happy to assist with carry-on items; however, drivers are not allowed past the threshold of the home. Carts must be collapsible. Wagons are not permitted.

Accessing Properties:List Item 4
Clallam Connect requires an obstruction-free approach that is paved (no grass, mud, or deep gravel) and sufficient turn-around area for CTS vehicles. Alternate pick-up and drop-off locations may be established because of obstructed driveways, turnarounds, or other safety concerns.

Mobility Devices:
Wheelchair and customer combined maximum weight must not exceed 800 pounds. Wheelchairs need to be within these dimensions to fit our lifts; 51" long by 34" wide by 51" in height and cannot be in a reclined position. Footrests are strongly recommended for your safety. "Geri-Chairs" are not an acceptable mobility device for transportation.

Medical Devices:
Portable oxygen must be carried or secured to a mobility device.

Food and Drink:
Passengers may not consume food or beverages on CTS vehicles.

No-Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited on all Clallam Transit vehicles. Clallam Transit facilities have designated smoking areas.

Lost and Found:
If you lost an article on the bus, you are asked to call the office at 360-452-4511, press 1. If you find an article on the bus, you are asked to give it to the driver or deliver to the CTS Administration Office at 830 West Lauridsen Bouldevard, Port Angeles, Washington, 98363, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Pets:
Pets must be placed in a secured pet container with a lid and not restrict the bus space for other passengers. Service animals are welcome. Aggressive animals are not permitted.

Services Animals:
Service animals are welcome, subject to the provisions of the Clallam Transit Americans with Disabilities Act Policy.

Change of Address:
Clients are required to inform Clallam Connect when there is a change of address. Please contact the office at 360-452-4511, option 1.

Personal Attire:
Shoes must be worn (unless qualifying disability prevents doing so).
